This collaboration with Vanessa Leigh Movement and Ali Owens will explore movement as a tool to experience joy in the body, without any ulterior weight-loss motives.
Starting at the end of November, Ali will be blogging about her ongoing journey to rediscover joy in motion through movement coaching with Vanessa.
This is not a workout regime.
There are no weights, measurements, or numbers involved, nor is the goal to look a certain way once it's done.
This is movement for movement's sake - something so many of us have lost to diet culture.
